The trolley will be manufactured locally in Brisbane
The team of engineers, draftsman and tradesman at Syngineering developed feasibility studies, 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, high quality rendered images and rendered videos showing the trolley in use.
Syngineering also provided CPEng RPEQ certification for the project

It is no longer sufficient to simply ask operators to look at a P&ID and visualise how the water treatment plant will look when it is installed, nor is it sufficient to look at a P&ID and assume that every hazard is captured during the HAZOP. It is essential to combine P&ID’s, 3D models, 3D rendered images and high quality videos to improve the quality of HAZOP studies, plant layouts, and plant operability and maintainability studies.

Osmosis water treatment plant used to treat coal seam gas water in Central Queensland.

HAZOP studies are thankfully common place in the oil and gas industry. HAZOP’s typically focus on the P&ID. Syngineering produce high quality rendered images and rendered walk throughs to improve the quality of the HAZOP studies.
